Eggplant parmesan


Preparation phases


  • Slice eggplants into thin rounds, dip in beaten egg, coat in breadcrumbs, and fry until golden brown.
  • In a baking dish, layer fried eggplant with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the oven at 375°F for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
